REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or money back on items purchased though our online store.

We hope that you will be fully satisfied with your online order however, if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please get in touch with our support team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

To submit a return:

  • Please email info@glowlab.co.za with your:
  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographic evidence

If our team agrees once your case has been assessed, you will not be held liable for any courier costs, and we will exchange the item for you free of charge.

Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reason.
